Inle : Life Afloat
Project Overview
Inle: Life Afloat is a 3D animation project inspired by everyday life on Inle Lake in Shan State, Myanmar. It captures quiet moments of fishermen rowing across the water, moving through floating villages, and scenes from both interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.For this project, I worked on modeling, animation, art direction and sound mixing. I focused on keeping the visuals calm and simple, letting the environment and movement tell the story of life on the lake.

Key Learnings
Through this project, I I learned how to let the environment carry the narrative. Instead of relying on dialogue, elements like water movement, village layout, and boat interactions became the storytelling language. Moreover, I developed a stronger sense of art direction by balancing lighting, color tones, and atmosphere to capture a serene, authentic mood inspired by real-life landscapes.
