Polykool

Project Overview
During my time at Walking Brands Design Agency, I worked on developing a refreshed visual direction for Polykool that felt vibrant, modern, and approachable. As a brand focused on reducing the impact of heat in Myanmar’s climate, Polykool aims to improve everyday comfort by creating cooler and more livable indoor environments. Their insulation materials are widely used across residential, commercial, and industrial spaces for their long-term cost efficiency and environmental benefits. In this project, my role involved creating the visual art direction for a nature-focused campaign, along with developing soft motion visuals and supporting brand collaterals.

Visual Identity
I led the visual art direction for the nature campaign, collaborating closely with Senior Zayar Win ( Senior Brand Designer ) to create a brand expression that feels reflective, approachable, and in harmony with the natural environment.

" I designed these brand collaterals as both internal and client project, working closely with the team members to develop a consistent brand identity. "

Key Learnings
Working on Polykool helped me better understand how visual communication can support functional, performance-driven products. Since insulation is not something people interact with directly, the challenge was to translate technical benefits into visuals that feel relevant to everyday life. I learned how to use nature-led art direction and subtle motion to communicate comfort and environmental impact in a more approachable way. This project also gave me experience in designing within real-world brand constraints while maintaining visual consistency across campaign materials and collaterals.
